  1. Get the starter instructions from the download page and attach them in a new ChatGPT conversation. This is an instruction-file workflow, not a verified native plugin installation.
  2. Issue your starting command: create second brain for xyz. Replace xyz with one responsibility, such as “my weekly project review.”
  3. Follow the AI's setup questions. Choose your outcome, sources, decision owner and acceptance criteria. Use synthetic or approved information.
  4. Track the result here. Save your responsibility, add sources, prepare the next brief, paste the AI's output and inspect it before accepting. The dashboard does not send messages to ChatGPT automatically.
  5. Optionally record development. Use the Development view for your own judgment and next practice. Export work and learning separately.
